What's working? What's getting in the way? Where is the biggest opportunity for improvement? What habits do we need to break and create? What champions might suit you best?
3. We break the problem down
Complex problems become much easier when they're broken into smaller, manageable pieces of information.
I'll show you the specific skills, knowledge or habits that need attention.
No vague “just practise more.” You get something concrete to work on.
4. We build a coaching plan
Now we turn those findings into a structured plan. Depending on what you need and your choices, that might involve:

→ Clear goals to work towards
5. You put it into practice
The goal isn't to sit there listening to me explain things. It's to do something with what you've learned.
You practise, apply the ideas and come back with new information about what's working and what isn't.
6. We review and refine
Learning isn't always a straight line. We look at your progress, identify what's improved and work out what still needs attention. Then we adjust the plan.
Learn → Apply → Review → Improve → Repeat!
7. You become more independent and climb the ranks!
